Dave has served as Installation Director and Director of Production for a leading national window and door manufacturer, where he oversaw in-house installation crews, service managers, technicians, and warehouse operations, as well as contributed to product design and customer service. Prior to his successful career in the industry, Dave served as a dedicated Crew Chief aboard CH-53 helicopters in the United States Marine Corps. During his service, he received numerous accolades for his overseas deployments in Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and other theaters of operations, including the prestigious Naval Combat Air Crew Wings for his commendable contributions during Operation Desert Storm.
