What prompted my review today came long after. Our door got a small nick in it (entirely on us) – and we had what we thought was touch up paint (it wasn’t) and mucked the whole thing up. Todd was incredibly responsive in helping fix the issue – and even brought us a proper stain and fixed our mistake.
I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate this level of customer service. The damage was completely our fault – and the fact that they were willing to help us out anyway says as much as anyone needs to know about why you should work with these guys for your next home project.
